 I did this portrait live of a gentle man from Poland, just before going back to his country for a very serious operation,he doesn`t speak English but gave me the strongest handshake and placed his hand over his heart to show his appreciation.His name is Janusz Adamczyk,my good wishes go to him. I have been a professional artist since 1980.I now live & work in the Bristol area in Somerset, England.I am now 57 years of age and have 30 years full-time experience as a portrait artist. My goal is to create a true likeness that is lively, spontaneous and accurate yet within reach of most pockets. My prices start at £60. I draw as much as I can from life. Every week I spend 1 or 2 days drawing direct from people in shopping centres. Sittings take approximately 20 minutes per person, this enables me to breathe life into the portraits I do from photos.
